Niestety tym razem nie wyszło boksowałem tylko jedną ręka kontuzja nie pozwoliła uderzać lewa i przegrałem stosunkiem 3:2 przez sędziów z obecnym mistrzem Rumuni na między narodowym turnieju w Sofi. Tutta colpa dell’acido lattico! Quante volte lo hai pensato quando, nei giorni seguenti un allenamento, ti sei svegliato con i dolori muscolari?
Già, perché – e i miei anni da Personal Trainer a Catania me lo insegnano – è convinzione comune e diffusa quella di attribuire al lattato  la colpa dell’affaticamento muscolare. Probabilmente questo falso mito nasce dalla sensazione di bruciore che proviamo in seguito a un allenamento impegnativo o a un movimento ripetuto, che siamo soliti ricondurre a un acido e alla sua azione. 
Non è colpa dell’acido lattico!

Contrariamente a quel che crediamo, l’acido lattico non è il responsabile del dolore muscolare che proviamo in seguito a un allenamento. La sintomatologia dolorosa deve essere attribuita ai DOMS, acronimo di Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, espressione che in italiano si traduce come Indolenzimento muscolare a insorgenza ritardata. Per dirla in parole più semplici, si tratta di fisiologiche micro lesioni muscolari. Sono i DOMS a causare infiammazioni e quindi dolore muscolare.

L’acido lattico o lattato permane nei muscoli per pochi minuti fino a un massimo di un paio d’ore dalla fine della seduta allenante.

Sometimes we forget to give ourselves props or a thank you for work already done and progress already made. Yet!!! We never miss an opportunity to beat ourselves up and tell ourselves that we aren't doing enough, or how much further you could be if this and this didn't happen. 
Sometimes progress is about taking a moment to look back and see, feel and appreciate the change so far, the steps that have become a habit, the times you opted out for the more sensible options, and most of all appreciate and applaud the effort! These are the big changes and achievements we are looking for, not the number on the scale or the size or your pants! Life is about learning, improving and adapting, as long as you are putting in the work, effort,  and time the payoff will be there and it will be amazing!! So stop beating yourself for your moment of weakness, being home sick and unable to work or work on yourself more than just rest (yep, that one is very personal today) and give yourself a pat on the back, a thank you; feel good about what you have done and accomplished so far and keep it up!!! After all progress only means you're on your way, but imagine how amazing it will feel when you get there if progress can feel so good!

Você sabe para que serve e porque deve ser feito o remolho de leguminosas!? 🤔 Primeiramente é importante saber quais alimentos são classificados como leguminosas:⠀
▸ Feijões⠀
▸ Lentilha⠀
▸ Grão de Bico⠀
▸ Soja⠀
▸ Ervilha⠀
⠀
Existem dois tipos de método de remolho conhecidos como: rápido e lento.⠀
O rápido consiste em ferver em panela de pressão por 5 minutos qualquer uma dessas leguminosas, trocar a água e voltar a cozinhar. Esse método serve somente para inativar as fibras responsáveis por aumentar a produção de gases no intestino,  que acaba gerando desconforto abdominal e excesso de flatulência! 😅😷⠀
Já o remolho lento é um método muito mais completo e dá até menos trabalho! Nele os grãos devem ser deixados de molho em um recipiente onde a medida corresponda a 1xic. de determinada leguminosa para 3 xic. de água. O recipiente (pote) deve ter um tamanho capaz de fazer com que a água ultrapasse a altura dos grãos. O pote deve permanecer em temperatura ambiente, destapado por 12 horas, ou seja, se colocar de molho as 20h de hoje poderá cozinha-las no almoço de amanhã tranquilamente! Antes de cozinhar deve lavar os grãos e trocar a água para da início ao preparo! 👩‍🍳 Esse processo é extremamente importante pois além de inativar aquelas fibras responsáveis pelos gases e desconforto também inativam substâncias presentes nos grãos que quando consumidas com outros alimentos impedem a absorção de diversos nutrientes importantes para nossa saúde! Dessa forma aumentamos a qualidade da nossa refeição!⠀

For the everyday person that wants be healthy and active, feel better with there physique copying what a bodybuilder does is not always the best approach. Your life is most likely not like there's, you might have kids, a job that doesn't really allow you to train at optimal times, a busy schedule that makes eating at specific times hard.

Hi there my favourite Fitfam! ❤️ My greatest achievement today was my morning run. I ran faster than I have done before since I started running again.😀💪😀 About a week ago I read an article about two legendary ultrarunners in Sweden, the married couple Mary and Rune Larsson. Mary has run the Spartathlon between Sparti and Athens 12 times. The race is 245 kilometers (152 miles) . The athletic couple are now in their sixties but they still love running and they have never followed any training program. They just run because they love it, and Rune said he always took great care so that when he was done running for the day he would still look forward to his run the next day. My videos today are a couple of arms and abs-exercises. Because a runner needs more than just strong legs, she needs strong arms and core too! ❤️

*1 sase protein tozu (35gr) protein tozu yoksa yulafi 50 grama cikarip ayni tarifi yapabilirsin.
*kabartma tozu 🍌oncelikle yumurta beyazini bardak veya herhangi bir kaseye kirip cirpiyoruz.
🍌 uzerine rondoyla un haline getirdigimiz yulafı ekliyoruz ( un haline getirilmis olmasi onemli..)
