Hey les dadys et mums comment ce passe cette journée de canicule ? Aujourd'hui un petit training Dos/biceps afin de pouvoir porter little bb sans soucis 💪.(cf post précédent)

J'espère que la journée n'est pas trop dur pour vous et vos littles bb , pensé à bien vous hydrater et à vous mettre au frais.

Ce n'est pas toujours facile de s'entraîner avec le boulot , les enfants et cette chaleur qui en remet une couche mais on lâche pas , pensez à cette fierté une fois le training fini .

JAK SCHUDNĄĆ?🤔 Bardzo często zadajecie mi to pytanie i odpowiedź na nie jest bardzo prosta, niestety z wykonaniem jest trochę trudniej ale nie martwcie się, wszystko jest możliwe, jeżeli się bardzo chce. 
Podam wam kilka sposób, które złączone w jedność dadzą wam gwarantowany efekt (o ile nie występują żadne komplikacje w postaci choroby itp).

1. Deficyt kaloryczny.
Tak naprawdę aby schudnąć nie trzeba liczyć kalorii, jednak uważam, że wtedy jest o wiele łatwiej kontrolować ilość spożywanego jedzenia. Jeżeli chcemy schudnąć musimy wejść na ujemny bilans kaloryczny czyli dostarczać mniej kalorii niż wynosi nasze zapotrzebowanie kaloryczne, jednak należy pamiętać, aby nie jeść mniej niż wynosi podstawowa przemiana materii. Aby obliczyć wartości wystarczy wpisać w google "zapotrzebowanie kaloryczne" i wejść w jakąkolwiek stronę.

2. Aktywność fizyczna.
Oprócz diety bardzo ważnym aspektem jest aktywność fizyczna, pozwoli nam ona na pozbycie się zbędnej tkanki tłuszczowej. Najważniejsze jest to, aby wybrać aktywność, która nam się podoba i która z chęcią chcemy wykonywać. Nie musisz chodzić na siłownię jeżeli tego nie lubisz, możesz ćwiczyć w domu przy filmikach z YouTube/instagrama, tańczyć, grać w gry zespołowe, pływać, chodzić na zajęcia fitness. Możliwości jest wiele, więc wybierz to co cię interesuje!

3. Zwiększenie ogólnej aktywności fizycznej.
Dobrym sposobem, aby jeszcze bardziej zwiększyć efekty swojej pracy jest chodzenie na spacery. Zalecane jest wykonywać dziennie 8-10 tysięcy kroków. Aby móc to kontrolować skorzystaj z  krokomierza.

4. Odpowiednie nawodnienie. Tutaj chyba nie musze zbyt wiele tłumaczyć, woda jest po prostu świetnym pomocnikiem przy odchudzaniu. Staraj się pić codziennie conajmniej 2l wody.

To wszystko wydaje się proste, jednak w rzeczywistości nie zawsze jest tak łatwo, dlatego pamiętaj, żeby początkowo nie stawiać sobie zbyt wysokich celów, zacznij od czegoś małego i stopniowo to zwiększaj. W taki sposób nie zniechęcisz się tak szybko, będzie Ci łatwiej wypełniać te mniejsze cele oraz przyzwyczaisz swój organizm do zmian.

It doesn’t matter if I’m on the trails, on the road, hot or cold, rain or snow, going long, hard, short, fast, easy, or slow; I just love running!

I can even find a little joy running on the treadmill. Ehh, that’s a tough one to convince myself of. 😆

Tym razem odwiedziliśmy rezerwat Sine Wiry - miejsce jest ladne, te zejscia na potok są piękne, ale jednak wole zdecydowanie konkretny, dlugi szlak! Mam ogromny niedosyt po sobocie ehhh 😞 zrobiliśmy bardzo dużo kilometrów - ponad 24 tysiące kroków, więc calkiem dobra aktywność, ale to nie szlak 😞
Ale za to w niedziele odwiedziliśmy dwa cudowne miejsca - pierwsze to  Retorty w Szczerbanówce - zawsze chcialam zobaczyć retorty odkąd tylko obejrzałam Watahe (są tu jacyś fani tego serialu❓❓❓😍) - teraz jeszcze chcemy odwiedzić Pana Zygmunta z okolic Baligrodu (wypala również w innych retortach). Strasznie lubie takie klimaty! Mega sie ucieszyłam, jak Grzesiek mi powiedział, ze znalazł w końcu jedne z jeszcze działających wypałów 😍

Później dzięki poleceniu jednej z Was odwiedziliśmy ruiny Klasztoru Karmelitów Bosych w Zagórzu - no pięknie miejsce! Bardzo dziekuje za polecenie! Uwielbiam ogladać ruiny, stare miejsca, a to jest zachowane w świetnym stanie ( polecam obejrzeć zdjęcia do końca). Z góry klasztoru jest piękny widok, ale przy moim lęku wysokosci pozowanie do zdjęcia było ogromnym wyzwaniem - cała sie trzęsłam od środka 😂 ale było warto! W osobnym poście wstawie Wam coś o jedzonku w Bieszczadach 😊 •

play_circle_filledPush press - 6x4 @ 70kg (154lbs). One of my fave exercises for shoulders. Always had weaker shoulders and this one helped me improve the muscles. 
It’s a bit like a normal press but with the big difference of using your legs to help. You want to drop down about a quarter squat and explode back up straightening the legs first and then straightening the arms. You want to execute the exercise powerfully and with speed. 
Give a try - start with your normal shoulder press weight and then once you start understanding the technique start increasing the weight.

You all know I took a week off from the gym and spent a lot of time performing prehab/rehab exercises to work on my low back/hips before going back to pick up where I left off.

This morning was leg day. Kept the weights pretty light, focused more on form, time under tension and basic exercises. Resulted in a pretty good leg pump 💪🏼 •

First thing first, DONT OVERDO IT. You’re probably not going to be as fit as you were. That’s totally ok! Start small with simple exercises, maybe 30 minutes or an hour in the gym. As long as you’re moving 💪🏼

Include all THREE COMPONENTS in your workout too: Resistance, cardiovascular, flexibility. Make sure to include a proper warm up at the beginning and proper cool down at the end. Spend some time stretching & brushing the cobwebs off.
•
If you’re like me & suffered an injury, take it SLOW and focus on your form: QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. Focus on breathing and developing or re-developing the mind-muscle connection. This is important for injury prevention.
•
Finally, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Learn the difference between hurts-so-good and hurts-not-so-good. If something doesn’t feel right or is causing pain, STOP WHAT IT IS YOUR’RE DOING. “No pain no gain” is bullshit. Well to an extent. If something literally causes pain, stop. Know your body, know your movement, focus on your goals, be smart and have fun. That’s my Ted Talk 😁

AGAIN 🕢 • You all know I took a week off from the gym and spent a lot of time performing prehab/rehab exercises to work on my low back/hips before going back to pick up where I left off. • This morning was leg day. Self-acceptance is an individual's satisfaction or happiness with oneself. It is fundamental and foundational to mental and emotional wellbeing. It is a continuous journey and involves self-understanding and self-awareness of your strengths and weaknesses.
It means being able to look in the mirror and say, I love and accept me and the situation what for examples I am facing today after 2 weeks of my shoulder surgery. I have to understand what I can’t force today, despite I love different summer water sport activities what for months I have to skip, but it’s OK to slow it down when you have to focus on your health. We need to be active for our health and understand our strengths and weaknesses in certain situations and calm down when it’s needed and accept thing despite are not fantastic enough for us. Wahrscheinlich muss ich euch das gar nicht sagen, da es den meisten bestimmt ähnlich geht, aber diese Hitze macht mich einfach komplett fertig. Eigentlich bin ich ja ein Mensch, der sehr gut mit heißen Temperaturen zurecht kommt, aber dieses mal hat mich die Hitzewelle einfach total überrannt.  Zum Glück geht es mir körperlich relativ gut und ich habe nicht mit Kreislaufproblemen zu kämpfen. Dennoch ist es im Sommer um so wichtiger viel zu trinken! Denn unser Körper besteht zu 70 Prozent aus Flüssigkeit und durch das viele schwitzen ist es deshalb um so wichtiger dem Körper genügend Flüssigkeit zuzuführen. Deshalb nehmt euch immer eine Flasche Wasser mit, wenn ihr bei der 🔥 das Haus verlassen solltet.

Ich versuche bei diesem Wetter immer morgens ins Gym zu gehen. Doch wenn das mal nicht klappt gehe ich abends, mittags ist es mir einfach viel zu warm 🥵
