Alors là tu fais face, en plus de la difficulté de l’entraînement, de l’aménagement avec le taf, la famille, les amis, en plus s’ajoute les barrières et tentations venues de l’extérieur 😩.

Cela révèle tout de même une chose, les gens se doutent un peu au moins, de ce qu’il faut faire pour arriver à leurs objectifs mais ne sont pas prêts à s’y astreindre eux mêmes!

Sachant que je ne me suis jamais restreint auparavant, c’est une première mais je suis bien décidé à m’y tenir jusqu’à ce que @timetogethuge m’aitorise à m’alimenter autreét qu’en suçant des cailloux 🤮🤣.

Depuis le debut de mon stage, en juillet, j’ai réaménager mon quotidien en plaçant mes trainings le matin, pour mieux me réveiller et attaquer la journée comme il se doit! Avant c’etait salle de sport 4 fois par semaine soit le matin soit debut d’aprem. J’ai donc depuis aussi diminué mes séances à la salle, car avec du 9h-17h j’ai vachement la flemme d’aller à la salle à 18h quand tous le monde y est. J’ai opté pour 4 séances maison, et une séance salle le week end. Parfois la salle me manque et j’ai aussi l’envie de m’entraîner avec des poids plus lourds et d’autres équipements que ceux maison, donc j’ai eu envie d’aller m’entraîner à la salle en semaine mais ma salle n’ouvre qu’à 8h et je commence à 9h. (@basicfitfr si vs m’entendez ouvrez à 7h pour ceux qui sont deter avant le taf!!!) donc parfois je me chauffe comme cette semaine à vouloir y aller apres le taf, mais ma fievre est arrivé. Et je suis en rest day depuis deux jours. Et j’ai qu’une envie, reprendre un bon workout decrassage !!! D’ailleurs je pense fortement à un peu varier mon quotidien, varier mes seances, sortir de ma zone de confort et aussi prendre des cours tot le matin dans des clubs (soit de yoga soit de boxe ou de hiit!)... en cours de réflexion (j’ai eu que ca à faire all day dans mon lit sous la fievre) lol 😂 .

Vi ho lasciato condividendovi che non è mai troppo presto per iniziare a respirare l’ambiente sportivo.☺ Ora vi racconto quanto sia stato fondamentale per me iniziare presto ed in maniera sana l’attività sportiva.. e parlo per esperienza…. dato che sono stata una bimba robusta ed un’adolescente decisamente “bruttina e cicciottina” fino ai 17 anni ( se volete vi metterò le foto).🤫🤫 Per me lo sport è sempre stato una costante, il mio salva vita, mi ha accompagnato sempre.

Alla danza ho affiancato per anni il nuoto🏊‍♂ (da bambina), molti inverni di sci⛷⛷ e qualche estate di pattinaggio …. insomma, posso dire di non essermi mai fermata🤹‍♀!!! . 
Tutto quello che ho fatto l’ho sempre fatto per amore e divertimento, mai per competere ma sempre per il gusto più profondo di ciò che facevo. Sono sempre stata attenta a quel che mangiavo e tra alti e bassi, non mi sono mai privata di nulla e ho sempre trovato il compromesso per stare bene e gustarmi la vita. 
Ad oggi ho cambiato l’allenamento e sono arrivata alla pesistica leggera🏋‍♀🏋‍♀: mi alleno 3 volte a settimana, un’oretta , con un programma specifico e una personal trainer davvero molto brava💪🏻🔝.

Quello che vorrei evidenziare in questo post è che con costanza, fatica ma molto divertimento ho impostato negli anni, nel mio bagaglio corporeo, una memoria muscolare, fisica e metabolica che, pur cambiando inevitabilmente con il passare dell’età ha reso il mantenimento di un corpo sano più facile. 
Il vero limite rimane solo quello mentale. 
Educate i vostri figli allo sport, a volersi bene, e a rispettarsi, l'equilibrio è possibile.

Nearly 8 months ago, I suffered the worst injury of not only my brief lifting career, but of my life. I can still remember that deadlift set, me keeling over in pain, and my subconscious knowing exactly what happened. I trained through it for weeks, until one morning I couldn't get out of bed without crippling pain. I avoided sports doctors and diagnostic tests, and instead went to doctors who told me what I wanted to hear---that it was likely a muscular or ligament injury. But denial eventually faded, and I decided to get a proper diagnosis on my two herniated discs. The months that followed consisted of a myriad of emotions, weeks spent in and out of the gym, physical therapy, rehab, and a hell of a lot of reflection.
🗓️ Yesterday marked the end of my first full week back at 100%(or as close to it as I can possibly be). Words can't describe how great it felt to crush the weights again. This injury taught me so much; mentally, physically, and emotionally. I was taught lessons I needed to desperately learn, and came to many important realizations in my life, many of which had nothing to do with lifting or fitness. I got a tighter grip on my goals, sorted my priorities, and gained a better idea of the future I want for myself. While I can't exactly say I'm glad about what happened, the silver lining means I can't really be upset either.

I could sit here and preach about gratitude and perseverance, but I'll keep it short and sweet: I learned what I needed to learn to be better, did what I needed to do to recover, and now I'm back and ready to crush it again. Just want to drop a quick thanks to the people who follow me and support my fitness journey, and an even bigger thanks to those who helped me deal with this rough patch in my life(you know who you are). I'm thrilled to be back, and I'm  hungrier than ever.

Wednesday morning home workout session went down like this: 
Got up, put on my workout clothes, got kiddo to school, came home had some quick snuggles with the pups & hubs, walked pups while I drank my pre workout & listened to some motivational audio, then came home & knocked out my Meltcon workout in about 30 mins just in time before I had to drop them off at the groomer😉 And plenty of time to get on with rest of my day! (And when I worked full time, I would get it done before or after work)

Workout 49/100 & I will do a little stretch/re-vibe this evening. Started the doubles 60 day schedule this week so I can finish up this program to start a new one that’s coming out & also wanna shred a little for a trip 😜👙🌴
(cause I’ve been a hitting up the chips, wine, & chocolate more than I’m proud of 🤦‍♀️😂)

4. Rear Delt Meadows Swings - til your arms fall off.

Kicking off things in Vegas with a shoulder workout with @danalinnbailey @killrobbailey and their crew. Two of my main programming principles for Rear delts is to focus on density, and integration. In simple terms, jam as many reps and sets into a short period of time, and use movements that allow for an integration of the entire upper back musculature, not trying to purely isolate one region only. The W Raises are a great way to sneak in some extra “remedial” work for the mid back and rotator cuff .

Én személy szerint szeretem kombinálni a különböző izomcsoportokat. Van úgy, hogy egy edzésen minden izomcsoportot megedzem, ha tudom, hogy azon a héten csak 2x vagy 3x tudok edzeni.  2-3  alapgyakorlat, szuperszettben vagy bi/triszettben. 
Kevés pihenővel, pörgősen. 
Sokan órákat eltéblábolnak "edzés"címszóval, szerintem nem az időtartam, ami számít. Legyen dinamikus, pörgős, izzasztós. Inkább 45 perc edzés kőkeményen, mint 2 óra "wellness". 😂💪🏻🔥 ( természetesen a Testépítő férfiak tömegnövelő edzése nem sorolható ide, ahol megfelelő hosszú pihenő szükséges a szériák közt, így ebben az esetben lehet 2 órás edzés. ☝️ )

Allenarsi a casa è un ottimo modo per conciliare i tempi della maternità con la voglia di rimettersi in forma e trovare uno spazio per sé. Ma non sempre è tutto fantastico come sembra. •

Come ho anticipato nelle stories, sto girando dei video con dei tips utili per gestire e ottimizzare i propri Workout a casa in compagnia dei propri bimbi. •

Ho identificato 3 fasce di età, quindi ci saranno 3 video: • 1) bimbi dagli 0 ai 6 mesi, circa, cioè quella fascia in cui sono completamente dipendenti dalla mamma e non stanno ancora seduti. Vedremo quali supporti utilizzare, come posizionarli, come calmarli se piangono, cosa utilizzare per divertirli e proseguire il Workout.
• 2) Bimbi dai 6 ai 12 mesi circa, cioè quella fascia di età in cui stanno seduti, iniziano a giocare, vogliono scoprire ma non camminano ancora. Anche per loro vedremo quali accorgimenti utilizzare.
• 3) Bimbi dall’anno ai 2. Camminano, sono autonomi nel movimento ma chiedono ancora tanta attenzione. Vogliono partecipare e possiamo renderli parte attiva del nostro allenamento 🏋🏻‍♀️ •

Qui c’è un piccolo assaggio. Nel video sono in compagnia di Pietro, il mio nipotino di 9 mesi, quindi fascia 2. In questo esercizio SQUAT + SHOULDER PRESS ha anche la funzione di carico (visti i suoi quasi 10 kg 😉). •

Empezamos la semana compartiendole la primera receta con la que nos deleita @aixa_bermudez de @fitalimentoa con nuestro Pan de Salvado

French Toast! Estas tostadas francesas que preparé para el desayuno de mi hija @laradragon77 quedaron increíbles. Las preparé con el pan de salvado de @cinnamon.panetteria 👌 Te enseño a hacerlas, es muy simple! 
Nada más tenés que condimentar con un poco de sal y pimienta negra 2 claras de huevo (yo le dejé 1 yema). Luego, volcarlo sobre las rebanadas de pan y dejar reposar hasta que se absorba por completo.  Luego cocinar en sartén vuelta y vuelta hasta dorar las tostadas. C' est tout!

Powinniśmy działać metodą małych kroków. Powtarzać czynności konsekwentnie tak, by weszły one w #nawyk . Poza tym każda dieta ma swój początek i koniec, a co za tym idzie,  po osiągnięciu wymarzonej cyfry na wadze wracamy do starych, złych  nawyków żywieniowych. No i mamy #efektjojo , rozwalone #zdrowie , złe #samopoczucie .  Zamiast liczyć #kalorie,  powinniśmy zwracać uwagę na jakość produktów. Odrzuć produkty przetworzone, bez wartości.  Nasze #ciało i #głowa potrzebuje wszystkich makro składników w odpowiednich ilościach - #białko,  #tłuszcze,  #weglowodany . Świat krzyczy do nas "Nie wolno tego" "Nie wolno tamtego" . Otoczeni samymi zakazami przestajemy na nie reagować. Łatwiej  zatem jest zacząć od tego , co nam wolno, czego potrzebujemy. Dlatego zamiast myśleć "Nie mogę jeść słodyczy" pomyśl "upiekę coś pysznego ze zdrowych produktów" , zamiast zamówić kolejną pizzę,  zrób pyszną pizzę w domu,  z dziećmi,  ze zdrowych produktów. Zamiast kupować kolejny karton soku do picia,  kup wodę mineralną i wrzuć do niej owoce.... Nie przechodź na dietę,  tylko stopniowo #zmieńswójstylżycia ! 💙

Aussi non c’était fessiers et ischio lundi et hier pecs, et aujourd’hui le repos car les courbatures sont vraiment intenses donc jour de repos mit aujourd’hui. Demain on reprend avec la séance dos.

One muscle group that is often neglected is the Traps. Shrug exercises will work your Traps because the function of this muscle is to elevate and depress the scapula, which is what you do when you're shrugging with a Cable, Dumbbell etc ✔️

Unless it's a muscle that you are seriously behind with, then you don't need to train your Traps that extensively. Maybe just the 1 or 2 exercises each Pull day session 💪🏻
