Diät 3.5 - Ernährungweise —> Hauptsache Defizit 🥴

Hauptsache Defizit ist auch mehr oder weniger meine Einstellung bei einer Diät. Jedoch ist es mir WICHTIG, dass ich trotzdem immer so ungefähr 2g-2,5g (meistens eher 2g) Proteine pro KG Körpergewicht zu mir nehme. Im Aufbau heißt es, dass 1,6g nach aktuellen Studien genügen sollen. 🤓 In der Diät möchte ich dann auf jeden Fall ein bisschen mehr essen, um sicher zu gehen so wenig wie möglich Muskulatur in einer Diät einbüßen zu müssen. 🌚 
Außerdem sollten die Greens (Mikronährstoffe) natürlich auch nicht zu kurz kommen. 🤓
Das heißt jedoch nicht, dass ich mir jeden Tag auch irgendwelche Süßigkeiten reinfahre, sondern schaue wie viele Gramm Nudeln ich mir reinfahre oder ob ich mir mal Reiswaffeln reinziehe etc. 🌚
Meiner Meinung nach wird oftmals im Bereich Fitness aus etwas einfachem, eine Wissenschaft gemacht. Es mag effektivere und schnellere Wege zum Ziel geben, jedoch gehe ich persönlich am liebsten den Weg, der mich am wenigsten in meinem Alltag einschneidet und der mir am wenigsten schwer Fällt. 😋 Ich habe schon öfters ein bisschen längere Diäten gemacht und es fiel mir nicht so schwer, da ich mir die Diäten so angenehm wie möglich für mein Empfinden ausgelegt habe. 🤓

КОМПЛЕКС ДЛЯ СПИНЫ⬇️

1️⃣Попеременно тянемся рукой к одноимённой ноге. Голень держим ровно не опускаем, тянемся спиной назад. Выполняем 10 раз на каждую сторону.

2️⃣Поднимаем корпус ( живот стараемся не отрывать от пола), выпрямляем руки, затылком тянемся назад, прогибаемся в поясничном отделе. Затем ставим стопы на носки, поднимаем таз вверх, и отводим его назад, спиной тянемся к коленям. Ноги прямые, плечи не сутулим. Выполняем 8 повторений.

3️⃣Прогибаемся в поясничном отделе (живот тянем к полу, затылком к ягодицам), затем округляем спину (лопатки, поясница тянутся вверх), голову опаскам вниз. Выполняем 10 повторений.

4️⃣Исходное положение тоже что и в предыдущем упражнении. Выполняем круговые вращения корпусов вправо/влево. По 8 повторений в каждую сторону.

5️⃣Исходное положение упор на колени, стопы опущены на носки, через стороны опускаем руки на пятки, прогибаясь в пояснице, голову опускаем назад, животом тянемся вперёд. Затем медленно поднимаемся. Выполняем 5 повторений.

Personal branding & fitness lifestyle photography: why do you need this? 🤔 After offering to critique your websites at the end of my latest Blog, a good number of you got in touch & I was more than happy to share my feedback. 👍🏻 I was surprised to see that everyone who got in touch only had 1 professional photo of them on their website. 😧 I have to highlight how important it is to have personal branding Photography- aka ‘Fitness lifestyle photography’ throughout your website! 💻 Yes it’s an investment, but probably one of the most important that you’ll make, as it makes up a huge part of your Personal Brand! ✌🏻 This is because our brains are wired up to trust & connect with real people and faces. 🧠 If you build a trusted personal brand, people will naturally remember you, connect with you, like you and recommend you (and buy into your Brand). 👏🏻 Professional fitness lifestyle photography (and personal branding photography) will: . ✔️Make you & your brand look more aspirational & professional. ✔️It will help in establishing your brand & give you more ‘presence’. ✔️It will make you stand out from your competition. ✔️It increases your engagement (by having better content, people will naturally be more drawn to you) ✔️Adds to the story-telling element of your brand. ✔️Makes your audience visualise what it’s like working with you. - Needless to say with this type of content you can have a much more interesting & in-depth website and social media pages. 💥 A lot of people may fear putting themselves out there, but this fear needs to be weighed up against having a ‘faceless’ & generic business…. YOU CAN DO THIS! 💪🏻 I know from past experiences how easy it is to fall of the tracks and stay there, like recently I’ve just not had to right motivation to get out of my ways, but I know personally other factors massively affect my food intake such as: stress 🤯 being out of a routine or in a new one Im not used to or having to much bad food in the house 💩

Vous m’avez demandé pourquoi je fais cette préparation physique:
La raison la plus importante est que lorsque je me suis formée sur le cerveau et son fonctionnement j’ai appris que sans objectifs clair et significatif il stagne, et peut tomber en dépression ect d’où le fait que j’ai été en dépression totale pendant très longtemps:
A force je n’avais plus aucun objectif dans ma vie privée, sportive, pro...
Il en est de même pour notre physique: combien perdent les 2/3 kg qu’ils voulaient puis reprennent ensuite parce qu’ils ne se sont pas fixer de nouveaux objectifs.
J’ai donc décidé de me fixer un objectif assez grand, qui me fasse lever le matin, qui me donne envie d’y arriver, d’avoir le corps dont je rêve et surtout qui allait être long à atteindre pour que je sois occupée un bon moment.
Ensuite étant désormais coach en nutrition et mentale, je voulais vivre de nouveaux challenges, pour en savoir plus sur le corps, le cerveau, et avoir à faire face à de nouveaux challenge dans ma vie et tester mes forces mentales que j’ai développé l’année dernière en commençant le développement personnel, la psychologie ect.
Pour finir, dans ce processus, j’ai compris que j’étais quelqu’un de très compétitif. J’ai fait 15 ans de compétition en équitation et cela m’a forgé une personnalité très combattante dans le domaine sportif principalement et que je transfère dans les autres domaines de ma vie désormais. C’est donc pour moi la logique des choses quand j’aime un sport de vouloir faire de la compétition.
Pour finir je veux me prouver que je peux y arriver moi aussi à combattre mes anciens comportements alimentaires, à être plus forte que mes circonstances et prouver que tout est possible.
J’ai démarré la musculation il y a 1 an, j’avais 27% de masse grasse, et très peu de personnes débutantes dans ce domaine se lance dans une telle préparation surtout de manière naturelle et sans produits dopants.
Donc un challenge de plus que de montrer qu’avec le mental c’est possible !

We often think that the big dreamers of the world had some super natural power that we don’t have. It is definitely not so, The Dreamers and the Big achievers of the world are ordinary humans like you and I, the difference? They work on their dream everyday no matter how slow the progress seems and they have a voice inside that tells them that something great is coming and this voice is louder than any other voice they hear. They work tirelessly for years, one step at a time to manifest what they so greatly believe in. And every now and then God throws in surprises for the consistent hard work, rewards that are much greater than expected. This is when others will say “You are so lucky” not realising that the person has been putting in the work to create those opportunities for years. There is no such thing as luck, you create opportunities through hard work, consistency and dedication. In the famous word of Tyler Perry: God gave me one yes a few years ago, no matter how many no’s I get along the way, that one yes drives everything I do.

God gives all of us unique gifts, use your gifts. Vibrate at the same frequency as the Purpose That You are and believe me you will start feeling like God’s favourite child. No one knows your dreams as well as you do, work towards them and serve others in the process and then you will see that you have the power to do anything and be anything in life.

I hear your Yes everyday God, it almost feels tangible. This year has already been full of surprises I did not even imagine and yet I can feel that better is coming. I can’t believe how great you want me to be! Thank you for all the blessings❤️.
