Quedaron igual que las avellanas tostadas 👌 Los ultrarecomiendo😋!! Se los agregue a mi ensalada y la crocancia que tienen me hizo amarlos ❤ Los hare mas seguido por que son RIQUISIMOS 🙊
 Ingredientes:
2 tazas de garbanzos (los deje remojando toda la noche)
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
Condimentos a gusto (merken, paprika,oregano,sal de mar, tomillo)

Preparacion:
1. Quitar agua en la que quedaron remojando los garbanzos y enjuagar 
2. Luego secarlos (yo lo hice con un mantel) y colocar en una fuente para proceder a condimentar.
Pueden tambien precocer los garbanzos para que queden mas blandos o incluso ocupar los que vienen en lata 👀 (yo me salte este paso por que solo los remoje durante toda la noche)
3. En la fuente agregar aceite de oliva y demas condimentos, incorporar todo mezclando con una cuchara.
4. Una vez listo disponer en la lata del horno y dejar hasta que esten crujientes (es a gusto). Los deje por 10-15 min.
5. Luego retirar y servir como parte de un snack, picoteo o acompañamiento de cualquier comida. 🤤

Propiedades del brócoli 
Generoso en vitaminas y en minerales, el brócoli es un súper alimento. Una ración de 200 g de brécol cubre con creces las necesidades diarias de vitamina C de un adulto. También satisface enteramente los requerimientos diarios de ácido fólico y dos terceras partes de los de vitamina A.

Sin apenas calorías, es una fuente de calcio, potasio, fósforo, hierro, vitaminas B1, B2 y B6 y también aporta dosis sustanciosas de yodo, cinc, cobre y manganeso.

ТОРТ РАФАЭЛЛО

БИСКВИТ 
ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ: ⠀ 
яйца - 4 шт 
сахар - 160 гр 
мука - 80 гр 
сливочное масло - 30 гр 
соль - щепотка 
кукурузный крахмал - 15 гр 
разрыхлитель - 1/2 ч.л. ⠀ 
Отдели белки от желтков. Белки взбей до твёрдых пиков с половиной сахара. Поставь в холодильник. ⠀ 
Желтки взбей с оставшимся сахаром до увеличения массы В 3 раза. ⠀ 
Сливочное масло растопи в микроволновке. Смешай сухие ингредиенты, просей. ⠀ 
В желтки добавь часть белковой смеси, аккуратно перемешай лопаткой. Добавь туда все сухие ингредиенты и перемешай до однородности. Вылей в массу сливочное масло, перемешай и добавь остатки белков. ⠀ 
Форму диаметром 20-22 см застели пергаментом, боковые стенки НЕ нужно смазывать ничем. Выпекай бисквит в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке около 30-40 минут. 
КРЕМ РАФАЭЛЛО 
ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ: ⠀ 
сливочный сыр - 100 гр 
сгущёнка - 380 гр (1 банка)  сливочное масло - 200 гр ⠀ 
Масло и сгущёнка должны быть комнатной температуры. Взбей их миксером до однородности. Когда кусочков масла уже не будет - добавь сливочный сыр. Если масса будет жидкой - количество сыра можно увеличить. ⠀ 
КРЕМ ДЛЯ ВЫРАВНИВАНИЯ 
ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ: ⠀ 
сливки 26-33% - 150 гр 
крем-сыр Arla (или другой)- 150 гр 
сахар - 3-4 ст.л. ⠀ 
Крем «рафаэлло» получается очень сладким. Поэтому крем для выравнивания торта должен быть максимально нейтральным. Чтобы это сделать - сахара нужно как можно меньше ⠀ 
Чашу миксера и венчик положи в морозильную камеру на 5-10 минут. ⠀ 
Взбей в охлаждённой чаше сливки до жестких пиков - примерно 5-7 минут. Добавь к ним крем-сыр и сахар и взбей до однородности. ⠀ 
УКРАШЕНИЕ: ⠀ - конфеты «Рафаэлло» - 8-9 шт - кокосовая стружка - по вкусу ⠀ 
СБОРКА ⠀ 
Бисквит разрежь на 3 коржа. Пропитай каждый кокосовым молоком или сиропом с ореховыми нотками. ⠀ 
Собирай в следующем порядке: бисквит+ «рафаэлло»+бисквит+ «рафаэлло»+бисквит. ⠀ 
Покрой торт кремом для выравнивания, остатки крема используй для украшения торта.

Ik ben altijd al dol geweest op soep. Als klein meisje al. Toen was de tomatensoep van mijn Oma mijn favoriet😍 Nu ik zelf de 'baas' ben over wat er op tafel komt eet ik dan ook meerdere keren per week een soepje, meestal als lunch. Lekker warm (zeker nu, wat is het al koud he?!) en je kunt er heel veel groenten in stoppen. Deze courgette prei soep is zeker het proberen waard! Voor het recept ---> swipe naar rechts!

This pumpkin spice recipe is anything but basic. 🎃🍂 Pumpkin alfredo with chili spiced ground "beef" is nutty, creamy, a little spicy, and deliciously decadent. Here's the recipe:⁣
⁣
• In a high-powered blender, mix cashews and water and blend until you get a heavy cream consistency. Add more/less water to reach that.⁣
⁣
• In a pot over medium heat, add pumpkin puree, about 1 1/2 cups of cashew cream (adding more or less to taste), garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper, salt/black pepper to taste, and ground nutmeg. Mix well and simmer for about 10–15 minutes.⁣
⁣
• Cook your pasta according to package instructions in salted water.⁣
⁣
• Add some olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add in your ground "beef," chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.⁣
⁣
• Once the pasta is cooked, drain and mix in some sauce. Top with the chili spiced ground "beef" and fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!

Cocoa almond butter cups

Some of you asked about these from my tea photo the other day - I made these as part of a cosy afternoon tea for my mum and granny. They take literally 2 mins to whip up and deliver a decadent dark chocolate hit without actually having any chocolate in them!

Recipe (makes c30)
1 cup coconut oil (215ml)
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa (60g)
6 tbsp agave syrup
Dash vanilla extract
4-5 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp nutritional yeast
Pinch of salt (I prefer pink Himalayan)
Blanched almonds (optional)

Warm the coconut oil in a plan gently
When melted stir in all other ingredients
Mix thoroughly 
Pour into petit four cases
Top with a nut if you wish 
Leave to set in fridge for an hour or so

Store in the fridge and serve from cold as they soften in the warmth.

I know the nutritional yeast seems a little odd - it really makes a difference to the chocolate flavour, trust me!

They take literally 2 mins to whip up and deliver a decadent dark chocolate hit without actually having any chocolate in them! Recipe (makes c30) 1 cup coconut oil (215ml) 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa (60g) 6 tbsp agave syrup Dash vanilla extract 4-5 tbsp almond butter 1 tsp nutritional yeast Pinch of salt (I prefer pink Himalayan) Blanched almonds (optional) Warm the coconut oil in a plan gently When melted stir in all other ingredients Mix thoroughly Pour into petit four cases Top with a nut if you wish Leave to set in fridge for an hour or so Store in the fridge and serve from cold as they soften in the warmth. I know the nutritional yeast seems a little odd - it really makes a difference to the chocolate flavour, trust me! Since my roommates and I have been cooking entirely vegetarian dinners I’ve essential been eating somewhere around 85% vegetarian this semester. 
This was a v quick lunch from a few days ago - roasted carrots and parsnips (which are uNdErRated imo) with sautéed spinach, tofu, and sesame seeds.

If anyone has any tips on how to make tofu nice and flavorful lmk because besides using lots of soy sauce and sesame oil I am hopeless in the realm of sauces

You guys! I tried @juiceland while I was in Austin and it was so good. Smoothies are made from fresh fruits and veggies, not all the sugary sorbet stuff. I chose one with mango, celery, cucumber, spinach, kale and parsley and it was so good! Sweetness from the mango and not an overpowering veggie flavor. Yum!

Pourquoi j'ai enlevé mes lunettes ? Pour que vous voyez mieux mes yeux et ce qui en sort. Cette petite lueur dans le regard en dit beaucoup sur le chemin que j'ai déjà parcouru.

Oui j'ai fais des erreurs, oui j'ai fait des choix, oui je ne suis pas parfait, sinon c'est trop facile, mais j'ai appris en me relevant à chaque fois que j'avais un genou à terre voir même les deux.. Je me suis forgé un mental qui me permet d'affronter toutes situations car j'apprendrais encore tout au long de ma vie.

Je suis très reconnaissant envers la vie, car elle me donne encore une possibilité de me racheter et surtout de me pardonner. Se dire pardon, c'est l'étape la plus importante voir la plus dure à faire qui te permettra de pouvoir vraiment te connaître et à partir de là, commence vraiment le travail sur soi.

Faite en sorte de trouver votre carburant qui fera raviver votre étincelle à l'intérieur de vous pour la transformer en flamme et qui fera briller vos yeux. La vie mettra des pierres sur votre route. À vous de décider d’en faire des murs ou des ponts.

✨ MINDSET✨ Pourquoi j'ai enlevé mes lunettes ? Pour que vous voyez mieux mes yeux et ce qui en sort. Cette petite lueur dans le regard en dit beaucoup sur le chemin que j'ai déjà parcouru. Oui j'ai fais des erreurs, oui j'ai fait des choix, oui je ne suis pas parfait, sinon c'est trop facile, mais j'ai appris en me relevant à chaque fois que j'avais un genou à terre voir même les deux.. Je me suis forgé un mental qui me permet d'affronter toutes situations car j'apprendrais encore tout au long de ma vie. Je suis très reconnaissant envers la vie, car elle me donne encore une possibilité de me racheter et surtout de me pardonner. Se dire pardon, c'est l'étape la plus importante voir la plus dure à faire qui te permettra de pouvoir vraiment te connaître et à partir de là, commence vraiment le travail sur soi. Faite en sorte de trouver votre carburant qui fera raviver votre étincelle à l'intérieur de vous pour la transformer en flamme et qui fera briller vos yeux. La vie mettra des pierres sur votre route. À vous de décider d’en faire des murs ou des ponts. als erstes würde ich euch gerne mein #alltimefavorite Mittagessen vorstellen: Avocadosalat mit Hummus🥑😋 Ist ein super leichtes und nährstoffreiches Mittagessen, daher liegt es einem auch nicht schwer im Magen uuuund man hat kein Mittagstief nach dem Essen 👆🏼 denn ganz ehrlich, darauf hat ja wohl niemand Lust.

Zutaten für den Avocadosalat:
• Gemüse eurer Wahl (hier: Blattsalat, Karotten,  Tomaten, Paprika, Gurken) • natürlich Avocado • Sesam • Dressing: Rucolasalat, Senf, Olivenöl, Dattelsirup, Salz, Pfeffer -> alles zusammen mixen und über euren Salat, schmeckt hervorragend 👌🏼

• 100g Kichererbsen
• 1 großen EL Tahini
• 2 EL Olivenöl
• Salz nach Belieben • Pfeffer nach Belieben .

А дерзко и по-крупному? 🌟 Верите ли в то, что очень захотите, сама Вселенная вам будет помогать? Или слышали: Бойся своих мечт, они могут стать реальностью?
Так сложилось в моей жизни, я постоянно в саморазвитии по собственной воле или Высших сил и мне нравится постигать как устроен этот мир.
Я заметила, что там где наше внимание, там и наша энергия и этого становится все больше и больше в нашей жизни.
И я учусь концентрироваться на позитивных вещах, радоваться мелочам, быть в моменте сейчас и благодарить за всё. ❤️ У меня даже есть напоминалки в телефоне: "Улыбнись", "За что я сегодня благодарна" и т.п.
Так же я заметила, что Вселенная дает нам много знаков и помощи в осуществлении наших желаний и отворачивается если мы "слепы" и "глухи", если не верим в себя и не доверяем жизни...
Я могу себя назвать очень счастливой женщиной во многих сферах жизни, я счастлива что могу выбирать как мне жить и прислушиваться к себе.
Но меня огорчает и моя нерешительность в некоторых желаниях.
Я лет 5 наблюдала за интересными фуд-фотографами и всё не решалась по непонятным мне причинам начать. Просто взять и начать! И всё для этого было, но я предпочла плыть по реке Сомнений.
Теперь я здесь. И хоть сейчас не самое лучшее время для начала развития своей странички в Инстаграм, время когда люди приходили друг другу легко и в больших количествах ушло, впереди грядут неизвестные изменения.
Но я счастлива, пусть и с большим опозданием, дать жизнь еще одной своей мечте! 😍
 И лучше остаться в сожалении что не получилось, чем так и не узнать: А что там на другой стороне моей мечты?

O fim de semana chegou e trouxe Doce de Manga e Coco para a sobremesa! 😉🥭🥥🍫😋 Sabem aquelas receitas incrivelmente simples e rápidas de fazer, deliciosamente leves e cremosas que trazem mais doçura e cor para as nossas refeições e ainda por cima são saudáveis?!? Pois bem, este Doce de Manga e Coco é uma dessas receitas! 😉

Com poucos ingredientes e em menos de 10 minutos, esta é possivelmente das receitas mais fáceis e deliciosas que se podem fazer. 
Duas camadas que se combinam plenamente, numa perfeita fusão de sabores… uma dourada camada de doçura exótica de manga e uma cremosa camada de stracciatella de coco e chocolate negro… um deleite para as vistas, um agrado para o paladar! 😋

Aqui fica a receita, para que possam experimentar! Espero que gostem! Um excelente fim de semana para Todos! 😊

Doce de Manga e Coco

Ingredientes:
• 1 manga madura (a minha deu 220g de polpa)
• 15g + 10g de mel bio
• 200ml de leite de coco gordo bio refrigerado durante 6 a 8 horas (100g creme de coco + 100g de leite de coco) • 20g de coco ralado bio
• Canela em pó q.b.
• 1 colher de chá de sumo de limão
• Raspas de chocolate negro 95%

Preparação:
1. Numa taça junte 100g de creme de coco (a parte sólida do leite de coco que fica concentrado à superfície) e 10g de mel. Bata com a batedeira elétrica durante 5 minutos, até obter uma consistência cremosa.
2. Num processador de alimentos triture a polpa da manga com 15 de mel, 1 colher de chá de sumo de limão, 100g de leite de coco e canela em pó a gosto.
3. Coloque a manga batida em taças individuais e por cima distribua o creme de coco batido. 
4. Guarde no frigorífico entre 4 a 6 horas.
5. Sirva com raspas de chocolate negro (usei um ralador para raspar o chocolate). Nota: Nesta receita é importante usar leite de coco gordo e não a versão magra e muito menos as bebidas de coco à base de arroz; o creme de coco também não deve ser substituído por óleo de coco, pois aqui é usado como substituto das natas.

Not that ive had a bad week or anything but I'm so happy that it's finally Friday. My legs are in agony and so are my shoulders but I got through the Friday workout!
Also it's children in need in the UK today so that's why I'm wear the bear ears 🐻 if you can donate any little helps! But I wore them at the gym and they managed to stay on! (I wasn't the only one don't worry)

I hope everyone smashed Friday and this week and everything and I am looking forward to the weekend. Body combat killed me today but I did it! 💪🏻🍑

Пирог-решётка со шпинатом и фетой◾Lattice pie with spinach and feta 🥧
Я вернулась😅И хочу поделиться рецептом этого вкуснейшего пирога, ингредиенты➡️800 г шпината, 150 г феты, 2 ст.ложки сметаны, 30 г слив.масла, 2 яйца, специи - соль, перец, розмарин и зира😊Тесто: 250 г пшеничной муки, 200 г сливочного масла, 4 ст.ложки сметаны, разрыхлитель 
и немного соли. Всё что тебе понадобится это➡️
1) замесить тесто, скатать в шар, завернуть в пищевую плёнку и отправить в холодильник
2) в сковороде растопить сливочное масло, затем добавить шпинат, готовить до уменьшения в объёме
3) взбить яйца+сметану, затем добавить шпинат, фету и специи
4) тесто делим на 2 части👉одна немного больше другой👉большую часть раскатываем, выкладываем в форму, сверху начинку👉вторую часть теста раскатываем, нарезаем на полоски и в виде решётки покрываем пирог сверху
5) ставим в разогретую духовку ( 180 градусов ) на 60-80 минут ⏰

I came back😅And I want to share the recipe of this delish pie, ingredients➡️800 g of spinach, 150 g of feta, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 30 g of butter, 2 eggs, spices - salt, pepper, rosemary and zira😊Dough: 250 g of wheat flour, 200 g of butter, 4 tablespoons of sour cream, baking powder and some salt. All you'll need is➡️
1) knead the dough, roll into the ball, wrap up in cling film and put in the fridge
2) melt butter in the pan, then add spinach, cook until reduced in volume
3) mixing eggs+sour cream, then add add spinach, feta and spices
4) divine the dough into 2 parts👉one much larger than the other👉roll out the large part, put in the form for baking, then filling👉roll out the second part of dough, cut into strips and the form of a lattice - cover the pie
5) put in the preheated oven ( 180 degrees ) for a 60-80 minutes ⏰ Bon Appetit 😋 P.S Take the recipe and feel gastroorgasm 🤤
