기본틀이다 서적을보면 내 이해도가 짧을수있지만 입각기 와 유각기 패턴에서
입각 초기 반응기 중기 말기 증상과
유각 전기 초기 중기 말기 증상에 관하여
보행 패턴을 알아 보기위해 트레드밀을
걸어보라고시킨다 여기서 궁금한것이 과연
트레드밀에서 보행패턴을 확인하는 분들은 무엇을 보는것인가? 자동적으로 돌아가는 레일위를 걸을때 과연 정확한 보행이 나올까?
밀고 끌어당기는 힘을 쓰는것일까?
햄스트링의 역활은 잘 적용되는 근육의 움직임일까? 생각을 갖게되면서 공부를하게되었고 요즘은 신발과 트레이드밀을 연동시켜 다리 하나 하나 압력이 어떻게 다른지 까지 측정한다 좋다
과학적이고 체계적이다 또다른궁금증이든다
과연 양쪽발의 지면을같이 누른다고
양쪽에 쓰이는 힘은 균등할수있으나 지면까지 눌러내는 GF의 근육쓰임은 같을까? 라는 궁금증으로 공부를하게되었다
심지어 골반쓰임자체에서오는

이많은 반응들까지 측정이 되어 보행패턴이
완성되는것인지 아니면 그냥 지면을 누르는
힘만 같으면 되는것인지 일반적으로 이해를
하지 못하는 못하는 회원들이 수두룩하며
심지어 골반의 전방 후방경사 자체도 헷갈려하는분들이 많으며 들어가지도 않는
힙에 힘을주라는 코칭을하게될시 힙에힘이아닌 허리에 힘을 많이느끼게되는 것을 볼수있었다 그래서 공부하고 배우는것이 중요하다는생각이 많이 든다
지금에 계속 머문상태의 지식이아닌 계속적으로 발전되는 지식에 좀더 쉽고 좋은
프로그램이 나올수 있을것이다

움직임을 직접 움직임으로 가르켜라
배우는것을 포기한다면 가르치는것또한 포기하라 좀더 나은 움직임을 위해 지속
노력하고 발전할것이다

Building a regular routine can be hard especially when you’re a mom of two, full time student, and a full time employee. I’ve heard almost all the excuses in the book because I use to be the one giving them !! I was tired of the constant “LET DOWN” feeling I would give myself. The fact that I can get such a good workout in less than 30 mins there should be #NOEXCUSE. I’m so grateful for being able to a#workout with my own home - matter fact my living room. I can stop if needed if the kids start up. I can wear the workout clothes that I’m not completely comfortable in just yet and I’m in MY OWN judgment FREE zone 🔥 I promise you the feeling that you get when you complete your workout will never change. It’s one of the best feelings. The feeling like DAMN RIGHT I JUST KILLED IT ✅🤪

SMITH MACHINES

I hear this all the time. "Don't use the Smith machine, it's fake stabilization, once you try to lift free weights again, you're gonna get injured!"... I don't know why people say this. It seems that people just repeat what someone else said, without questioning it. Who are those people, who got injured this way? I've never seen someone who injured themselves like this. However, I've seen a lot of people avoid injuries by switching to the Smith. Dexter Jackson and Dorian Yates are good examples. Dexter said the Smith machine put 20 more years on his bodybuilding carreer, and Dorian Yates said the Smith machine took his physique to the next level. Dexter was about to quit, before Chris Aceto put him on machines. And ironically, he grew BIGGER with machines than free weights. So how is this possible? Answer lies in this: Intensity and smarter angles.

The Smith machine is legit and useful, if you understand it's use. You are able to lock yourself in to a good, strong position, where you STAY throughout the movements. This allows you to train with safe form, feel the movement, squeeze the muscles and get much better pumps. It's all about setting yourself up with the correct angles. You can adjust yourself a lot more to a machine. With a barbell, you need to lift the weight differently, due to gravity and the fact that you have to keep the bar in an alignment that doesn't tip it out of balance to your body.

When used correctly, a Smith machine will allow you to lift with EXTREMELY high intensity, and it's much easier to gradually fatigue a muscle. With free weights, it's common to stop a set because you are losing your position, and the reps starts hitting your body a little wrong. You reach technical failure before muscular failure, in other words. That's normal, but suboptimal for growth.

The intensity aspect is big, because intensity is how you get stronger. Whenever stability goes DOWN, the ability to train a muscle with maximum intensity will go down WITH IT. So the ruel is: The MORE unstable the exercise is, the LESS potential it has for maximum intensity. (more in comments)

On the 11th Day of Christmas…. 11 days till Christmas, and a few more till #2020.

And with it, comes along the one of the most challanging times of New Year... Resolutions! The majority of which are around health goals🙇🏼‍♀️ and by the end of Jan 📆 unfortunately the vast majority of good intentions have been tossed out with the last of the fallen pine needles from the Christmas Tree.

The problem is, there are 11 months 🗓between January and December. No one has ever said we have to start a goal on 1st Jan or on a Monday (Sunday if you live in the Middle East). But someone we seem to be conditioned and programmed to think we should wait for a significant date, calendar or event to start. But if you want to make a 💚DIFFERENCE to your health, your life, the difference will not be made in one month, but rather in the many months you put yourself and your priorities first. It’s the 11 months between New Year and Christmas that count!

There is no time like 💚NOW to make a change. Any small changes, anything at all, will make a big difference if you consitantly keep it up and build on that for the long term.
