Conflict and pain is inevitable in our human experience, but we can bring love to those conflicts and understanding to those pains and in this way change them.
We have all had experiences in our lives that might have stiffened our hearts just a little bit or bitter memories that have built an impenetrable barrier around us, and have taken a little bit of our humanity from us. But those same moments of hurt have also opened our eyes to a different perspective, to new possibilities, to another way.
I know that it is in those moments of pain that I witnessed myself grow stronger in my mind and my actions, it is in those moments that I could understand and appreciate my life a little more. It is also in those moments that I realized that something must change in my life. Instead of letting pain consume me and destroy me, I learnt and am still learning how to let it change me and make me a better person for myself and others. 
Those who believe ahimsa to be weak are truly mistaken. "Human beings have a habit of thinking that their own life somehow has more meaning than that of others, but when we have experienced pain we understand that we all face the same fears, fight the same fights, suffer the same pains... A beached turtle on Patnem beach - kurmasana has always been my nemesis since a careless adjustment in Mysore ripped off my hamstring attachment which took years to heal. I've been taking my practice easy this season, less muscle but more flexibility, which is quite a change but feels very good. Коли емоційний маятник мене качає то в одну сторону, то в іншу, ми схильні забувати про те, що колись все було інакше. 
Коли нам дуже добре, ми забуваємо про погане. Коли нам погано, ми вже не уявляємо того, що колись було чи буде добре. Але ж буде!

Важливо пам’ятати про те, що все трансформується, змінюється. Не забувати про те, що все це - дія хвилі. 
І зберігати серединний стан спокою. Куди б не качало. Тому що це всього лише гра, природа океану.

dzieje się ciekawie.
👁👁 szeroko otwieram oczy przeżywając kolejny dzień,  kolejna sytuację. Wciąż jestem,  bez obezwładniającej potrzeby codziennego  r e s e t u.
Potrzeba odreagowania, wiążąca się z istniejącym bałaganem i nadmiarem w mojej glowie osłabła na tyle,  że zaczynam widzieć i dopuszczać do siebie coś tak abstrakcyjnego dla mnie jak nadzieja i wiara. 
Nie tylko puste deklaracje o cudzie zycia, które były (na tamten okres prawie 13 lat) w sprzecznosci z moja percepcja.  Ale były i powodowały jeszcze wiekszy zgrzyt 🙏 Dziękuję im za cierpliwość. 
I jakby to ująć,  żeby nie powiało patosem.
Naprawdę żyje inne życie w środku.  Opisy, etykietki i oceny nadal są- ale są rozmiękczone zrozumieniem i akceptacja POWODÓW dla których pewne 'nieprzyjemne ' okoliczności mają miejsce. 
Robię w sobie miejsce na doświadczanie Traumy. Brzmi to groźnie,  ale to po prostu PRZYJMOWANIE zatrzymanych,  nieuznanych uczuć i reakcji.  Uznanych kiedyś  za nieładne, nie poprawne, problematyczne.
Stopniowo,  dzień po dniu. 
dzieje się z pozoru to co kiedyś na zewnątrz,  ale wewnątrz- we mnie- zrobiło się więcej miejsca. 
I jeśli chcesz doświadczac lekkiego zycia-flow🦄- zacznij porządkować swoje wnętrze. Zaglądaj w brudne zakamarki z ciekawością,  możesz tam znalezc prawdziwe skarby. Utracone części Ciebie samego!

Kiedyś,  kilka lat temu wryło mi się takie stwierdzenie-
IDŹ TAM,  GDZIE SIĘ BOISZ.
ODWAGA TO COŚ NABYTEGO.

Teraz to rozumiem,  czuje.  Staram się otwierać na trudne emocje,  oswajać siebie z nimi.  I już nie są takie oszałamiające i groźne.  One po prostu zwracają moja uwagę na pewne odrzucone i zlekceważone aspekty mnie, a co za tym idzie ZYCIA.

2. 右手を右足の前、左手を左足の前につき、

余裕があれば、右の肘を曲げて左の肩と左のこめかみをマットの方へ下ろしていきます。

Encore une semaine qui a filé à toute allure 😱

Déjà une semaine que j'assure les cours de Simone chez @seemoneyoga  en vacances à Bali 🌞✨ En toute honnêteté mon cœur explose à chacun de vos gentils mots à la fin de mes cours. Pas facile de remplacer d'excellents professeurs sur du moyen/long terme. 
Je ressens tellement de gratitude à chaque fois que j'ouvre la salle pour préparer les lieux avant votre arrivée. Certains sont arrivés en avance pour me rencontrer, d'autres sont restés à la fin du cours pour partager un moment.

Yesterday, my dad took me out to the shops. Just to help my sanity as I have been getting some cabin fever. 🤪
When going into a shop, my dad walked in first and held the door open for me so I go in... Before I could get myself in (I am a little bit slower on crutches), a woman rushed in before me. As my dad was assuming I was behind him he let go of the door (as he thought I had walked in at this point).
Now this woman was in her own little world and let the door shut on me.
Obviously my dad turned around, saw what had happened and was shocked by this. So he looked at the woman. She then turned round to see me and when she had realised what just happened - aka gone past someone walking on crutches and then had the door close on them. She was a apologetic (ish). (If it was me, I would have been mortified but hey we are all different I guess).
But it got me thinking about how much more I am aware of my surroundings since I have found myself in this situation. 
We live in such a fast pace world, that it is so easy to have the blinkers on. 
In a nutshell, what I’m trying to say is: it’s the little things like holding doors and even just the words ‘how are you?’ that really mean a lot. 
As they take seconds to do but they can make a positive impact on someone’s day. .

There are many things that I cannot physically do because of my growing belly. For instance, a full forward fold, a deep twist, side crow, fallen angel, a full squat when I exercise....I miss doing those so much!! But I am so grateful for all the other things that my body is still capable of doing. I am so grateful that I can still practice yoga and do inversions with my baby girl inside me. Everyday my practice is different, and it makes me sad that I cannot progress or work on new asanas, but being able to do yoga is what’s most important. I miss my old body and the way I use to practice, but I love feeling the little kicks my baby girl is doing and often wonder if she enjoys the yoga movements that I make ❤️

Wish I could have pulled off more yoga poses at Ice Castles, but at 18 weeks pregnant, I’m lucky to still be able to do Bird of Paradise lol. Ice Castles is a magical place. Over crowded and probably over priced, but Ice Castles is worth the visit, at least once. .

Wish I could have pulled off more yoga poses at Ice Castles, but at 18 weeks pregnant, I’m lucky to still be able to do Bird of Paradise lol. Ice Castles is a magical place. One year ago today, I stepped foot into my first yoga class. The lights were turned off and everyone was laying down on their mat. The class had already started. I was late! I squeezed myself next to two ladies who kindly moved their mat over. I laid there with my eyes closed, not knowing what to expect. I flowed to the instructor’s words to the best of my abilities, while gazing at others, because I had no idea of what to do. Eventually, I was moving and breathing. I thought, “wow, this is so nice.” Then, we laid down for savasana. My mind surrendered itself to the rise and fall of my chest as I breathed in and out. I’ve never felt such tranquility, such peace and stillness. Before yoga, I was in a dark place. I was so lost and confused, so full of self hate, with no idea of what to do or where to go. However, when I walked out, I was changed forever. I found my passion after one hour of my first yoga class. This passion of mine, has allowed me to live my life more joyously and more gracefully. It has given me the confidence and self-love that I so desperately needed. I am forever grateful and blessed, to have found my passion, my outlet, my peace and tranquility. It allows me to let go of what no longer serves me. Yoga offers self-reflection, the practice of kindness and self-compassion, and continued growth and self-awareness. It’s not an exercise. It’s an exploration of the mind, the body and the spirit. There is no end to yoga, only a lifelong process. .

Can someone know if you are stalking their Instagram profile?

-There are a bunch of apps that allow you to do that.Most of them are paid which shows a bunch of people that visited your profile lately and to unlock the other bunch you will have to pay. -However lately i was really lucky i found one app that you can view basically everyone that entered your profile and checked anything about your profile,basically all you have to do is watch a add which is like 3 seconds long,it’s called InstaViewer. -Basically people would need to dig in deeply to be able to find an app that allows them to see who stalks their profile. However to be perfectly correct if they can or not.Yes they can but most of them don’t care or ignore it completely. I rarely use it because of the high follower number.Only on special circumstances.Can’t keep a track on all of them.


Is there any app for Instagram to check stalkers?

Yes. There are many applications to check who views your profile on your Instagram. “IG Analyzer” is one of those apps. However, to use any of those applications you’ll have to pay. I’d rather suggest you switch to a business profile so you get an idea of how many people view your profile and how many people you can reach.

  1. Open the Instagram App and click the Search Button

  2. Search for the culprit’s username. If it shows up, you’re not blocked.  If it doesn’t, continue with Step 3.

  3. Go to a mutual friend’s Instagram. (The closer they are with the suspect, the better.)

  4. Go through their posts, likes, comments, and followers to see if the suspect’s username appears.

  5. If the user’s name appears, click on it.

  6. If you click on the user’s profile and are unable to see their content, even though at the top of their profile it says they have a number of posts, then they have blocked you.

  7. If the user’s Instagram profile is set to Private, then their name will not appear on the search list; they have either blocked you or deactivated their Instagram account.
