Loofah seeds need a constant warm temperature to germinate. Choose your warmest, sunniest windowsill - soaking them in warm water for a couple of hours before sowing can help encourage them too.
Are you growing your loofahs along with us? If you haven’t sowed your seeds yet, you’d best get on it now. You’ll need loofah (luffa cyclindrica) seeds, small pots and a good quality peat-free seed or multipurpose compost.
Nature is so important for our minds and bodies 🌳🌼#ConnectWithNature @mentalhealth This #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, take the time to reconnect with nature. It could be stopping to watch a buzzing bee or reaching out to someone for a mindful walk in nature together.
